Trillium currently has a Manual Machinist position available within the Industrial Pump market.
Seeking a skilled and precise machinist to set-up and operate Manual Horizontal Boring Mills, VTL’s, and/or lathes. Candidate must also understand how to read mechanical blueprints, perform calculations, and make cuts with precision to meet quality standards.
This is a first shift position (55-60 estimated weekly hours)
The schedule is Monday through Friday + Saturdays as needed.
First shift is 5x10hr shifts M-F - Saturdays, 6-8 hour shifts.
The starting pay range is $23.00 - $30.00/hr depending on applicable experience.
Responsibilities:
-Set up and operate manual controlled machines based on part configuration
-Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications
-Understand and comply with industry regulations
-Read and follow blueprints or original components to manufacture new parts
-Regularly clean machinery and equipment as needed

Qualifications:
-The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions
-Previous experience in a manual machining role.
-Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
-Able to complete tasks in a fast paced job shop environment
-Excellent attendance required
