Industrial Repair Mechanic

Trillium currently has an Industrial Repair Mechanic position available within the Industrial Pump market.
The primary responsibility of this position is consists of the disassembly, dimensional analysis, evaluation, repair, and assembly of various types of 'high energy' industrial pumps.
This is a first shift position (55-60 estimated weekly hours). The schedule is Monday through Friday + Saturdays as needed. First shift is 5x10hr shifts M-F - Saturdays, 6-8 hour shifts. The starting pay range is $25.00 - $30.00/hr depending on applicable experience.
Responsibilities:
-Dismantle pumps into individual components utilizing hand/air tools, power tools, torch sets, cranes, etc.
-Examine/Inspect components with micrometers, dial indicators, depth micrometers, hardness tester, etc.
-Complete forms and supplement with written reports of findings from inspections.
-Assemble pumps with conventional and state-of-the-art methods.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a mechanic or pump experience.
-Fluent in shop equipment such as micrometers, torque wrenches, oxy/acetylene torches, overhead cranes, tow motor, and other industrial tools.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
