Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Project Manager in Heflin, AL to manage and oversee industrial construction projects throughout the Southeastern part of the country. A hybrid schedule is available, and relocation assistance is available if needed!

This position is a full-time, direct-hire, long-term opportunity!

Duties:
-Prepare production schedules
-Budgeting/Costing, reviewing invoices
-Oversee and coordinate manpower and materials
-Managing multiple trades (carpenters, millwrights, concrete finishers, equipment operators…)
-Assist with some project estimating
-Facilitate training other early-career Project Managers

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $85,000 - $125,000/yr

Qualifications:
-5+ years of Construction Project Management experience in the heavy commercial and industrial sector
-Degree in Industrial Engineering or Construction is a plus
-Experience managing concrete foundations, pre-engineering metal building projects
-OSHA 30 certification preferred
-Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ranging in value between $1 million - $10 million
-Experience with automotive and manufacturing build experience is a big plus
-Proficiency in MS Office programs, and Trimble programs is beneficial
-Ability to read blueprints
