Trillium Staffing is looking for Production Workers!

Full-time positions available on multiple shifts with this manufacturing company in Morton, IL!

Trillium Staffing has several openings for Production Workers. Your primary duty as Production Workers will be to position and align components and parts within machines to build more complex units.

As Production Workers, you can expect to:
• Assemble and attach vehicle components by operating machines.
• Read and understand assembly instructions.
• Gather all materials and equipment needed for your role.
• Other duties as assigned.

Positions are available on 1st shift, 7am – 3:30pm, and 2nd shift, 3:30pm - 12am, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required. Pay is $18/hour. 2nd shift workers are eligible for a $0.75 shift differential. Positions are full-time and temp-to-hire.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years’ recent experience in machine operation, assembly, and/or production
• Ability to push / pull / lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
