Lead Plumber

Trillium Construction is looking to hire a Plumbing leadman in the Hays Kansas area.

The Plumbing leadman performs as the lead installer on multiple projects simultaneously and is capable of leading and empowering individual plumbers and apprentices on their respective teams while communicating directly with the Project Superintendent. The Plumbing leadman must assist with overseeing quality within their plumbing projects and assist in forecasting manpower and materials on the job site.

Pay is $38 per hour plus $100 per day worked per diem.
Working 4-10 hour days and  8-hour day on Friday
5 days a week. Job starts Monday May 6th for at least 1-2 years.

-8+ years of Plumbing installation experience
-Past experience in a leadership role
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Ability to perform as lead installer on multiple projects simultaneously
-Capable of leading and empowering individuals within your respective team
-Communicate directly with the project Superintendent
-Oversee quality within your project(s)
-Assist in the Forecast of manpower and materials
-Assist in the communication effectively with other trades and contractors
-Build and maintain project schedule to meet deadlines
-Having the required tools to perform the work
