Maintenance Technician

We are now hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Birmingham, AL.

Job Functions:
-Perform maintenance in all areas of the Plant including industrial electrical control systems, power systems, AC and DC electronic speed control drives, gearbox and mill rebuilds, annealing furnace repair, mechanical trouble shooting and crane repair.
-Trouble shooting of Programmable Logic Controls, motors, drives and relays.
-Perform Preventive & Predictive maintenance on mechanical electrical equipment which includes ordering electrical parts per specifications.

Pay: $31.50/hr. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 11 PM.

Qualifications
- Assoicate Degree or electrician certification
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Can pass pre-employment screenings
