Industrial Painter

Trillium Staffing is now looking for Industrial Painters.

This is a first shift position working Monday to Thursday from 5:00am to 4:30pm. You will have off every Friday, Saturday and Sunday! The starting pay rate is $20.00+ and can go up from there depending on your experience level. 

The general purpose of the Industrial Painter position is to apply solvent and water-based paints to the exterior and interior of railcars. Must be able to read and interpret job work orders to remain in compliance. General inspections of railcars will be performed prior to painting. Painting prep work will be needed such as caulking, taping, masking, and covering railcar parts with protective material.

Qualifications include:
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Ability to learn function-specific operational details and pass an exam to demonstrate knowledge
-Ability to learn, follow and perform required recordkeeping of ARS EHS, Quality policies, procedures, and checklists.
-The duties of this job require fully passing the fitness for duty examination.
