Customer Service Representative
Awesome opening for a Part-Time Customer Support Rep with a manufacturing company in the Worthington area!
Customer Service Rep will be creating quotes, entering orders, and maintaining communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Review orders for accuracy
• Enter customer orders into ERP
• Communicate order status with customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Complete compliance paperwork for international orders
Pay will be $16.00/hr. Part-time opportunity to work 10-20/hrs week. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday starting at 9-10am.

Requirements:
• Customer service experience with an industrial manufacturing company is a plus
• Data entry accuracy and speed
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Detail-oriented
