Millwright Supervisor

Trillium Construction is now hiring for a Millwright Supervisor in the Lincoln, NE area!

Candidates will be working in an industrial setting. MUST have grain handling experience. Candidate will be supervising 1-3 employees. Must be able to  fabricate, repair and install grain spouting, fabricate, rig, and erect structural steel components, installation of new conveyors, conveyor components, etc., experience with repairing or replacing defective parts (bearings, shafts, sprockets, chains, motors, gearboxes, etc.), ability to align and test equipment, and ability to fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, connect couplings, and belts to precise tolerances. Must be proficient in MIG and Stick welding, proficient in sheet & field metal fabrication and ability to read blueprints.

This will be a temp to hire position. 

Current schedule is 40-60 hrs/ weekly depending on projects, must be willing to travel 20-30% or more of the time. Typically travel is for 1-2 weeks at a time then 2-3 weeks home. Double time on Sundays.

Current pay is $36-$38/hr + per diem when traveling.
