Service Coordinator

Trillium has two immediate openings for Service Coordinators in Cypress, CA!

There are two current openings on the Service team for a Scheduling Coordinator and a Processing Coordinator.

The Service Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing and scheduling our field service technicians’ daily appointments, along with any emergency orders. You will provide customer service for our clients and follow-up after work orders are completed.

The Service Processing Coordinator will be responsible for accurately processing and reconciling service tickets for invoicing. You will also be in charge of verifying appropriate costs and taxes for performed services, including travel, mileage, parts, and labor for each order.

Schedule is Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary range is $45,000 - $50,000 with accelerated increases depending on performance!

Qualifications:
- Competent in working with data systems; experience with SAP is a plus
- Excellent Customer service and people skills
- General computer experience, along with Microsoft Office and Google Suite software
- Experience in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment is preferred
