Lead Service Technician

Trillium Construction is currently seeking Lead Service Technicians in Milwaukee, WI!

This position offers first shift, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours per week and potential overtime. It’s a long-term opportunity with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays, and PTO after 45 days.

Responsibilities:
-Perform service-related tasks in the yard as directed by branch leadership
-Conduct inspections of off-rented buildings to determine repair scope and damages
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates with high quality
-Perform repairs and modifications, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
-Manage inventory levels of equipment, tools, and materials
-Create floor plan drawings as needed and relocate fleet units within the branch lot

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Minimum of 1 year of experience
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer knowledge and excellent communication skills
-Carpentry experience preferred
-Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and welding experience is advantageous
