Trillium is Now Hiring a Sales Administrator in the Strongsville/Middleburg Heights area.
The primary function of this position is to provide support for our sales representatives in the Industrial Automated Machinery Industry.
First shift - Monday through Friday schedule. The hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Estimated starting salary ranging from $40,000 - $48,000/yr depending on experience. This opportunity offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental & vision coverage, company matching 401k, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities:
-Answer main line phone calls and route calls appropriately
-Work with salespeople to prepare proposals and other correspondence to customers
-Obtain & process purchase orders from customers
-Process purchase orders to vendors
-Prepare and process billing for customers
-Communicate with customers, vendors & freight forwarder to coordinate shipping of equipment
-Maintain files and records for customers & vendors
-Provide general office support
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
-Proficiency using Microsoft Office products Excel Especially
-Prior experience in a Sales and/or Sales Admin role.
-Strong phone skills and previous experience communicating with vendors/customers/carriers.
-Prior experience creating, processing, and sending invoices/purchase orders to customers/vendors Preferred
-Working knowledge of Dynamics GP and/or similar ERP software Preferred
