Superintendent

Trillium Construction is currently seeking an Industrial Superintendent to oversee and coordinate activities in an industrial setting to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity for our client in Henderson, NV.

Work is expected to start 4/15/24 lasting 4 months. Pay rates for the Industrial Superintendent that meet the qualifications will range from $45-$50/hr depending on experience and skillset. $150 Per Diem will be offered on all 7days for qualified travelers. Work schedule is 5 days per week, working 8hrs per day with expected 40hrs a week. Possibility of working on Saturday for an additional 5-6hrs.

Job Description:
Industrial Superintendent should be able to lead a team of workers, supervisors, and technicians in daily operations.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, and quality control, to optimize processes.
Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
Implement corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

-In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial environment.

-Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to industrial management, such as ERP systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.
