Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in Houston, Beaumont, TX, and Lake Charles, LA! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment!

This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a “Hunter Mentality”! This role is responsible for developing new business in East-Southeast Houston, Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Lake Charles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Report to the Branch Manager onsite initially, then remotely
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
- 70% of this job is travel
Compensation:
- $55,000 - $60,000 annual base salary + commission
- First year commission averages $50,000
- First 6-12 months: Guaranteed commission of $2,000 - $2,500 per month
- Quarterly bonus opportunity of $2,500

Qualifications:
- Prior experience with mechanical products and a strong mechanical aptitude is required
- Industrial capital equipment sales experience is a plus
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
