Outside Sales Representative
Trillium has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative in San Antonio and Austin, TX!
Do you love being in sales and having control of your earning potential? If so, this Direct-Hire opening for an Outside Sales Representative could be just what you are seeking. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in and around San Antonio and Austin. If you consider yourself an excellent hunter, prospector, and business development person, we want to hear from you today!
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Report to the Branch & Sales Manager
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
- 75% of this job is travel/driving
Compensation:
- $50,000 annual base salary + commission
- First year commission averages $14,000
- First 6-12 months: Guaranteed commission of $1,200 per month
- Quarterly bonus opportunity of $1,500

Qualifications:
- Prior experience with mechanical products and a strong mechanical aptitude is required
- Knowledge of industrial capital equipment a plus but not required
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
