Construction Laborer

Now Hiring Plasterers & Laborers in the Green Bay & Door County, WI Areas!

Work will mainly consist of commercial and some high-end residential work, new construction, and remodels. Candidates will be responsible for all tasks necessary to apply stucco and plaster.

Work is fulltime, first shift, M-F work. 40+ hours a week with the possibility of OT. Varying from 5am-8am, set by on-site foreman; candidates cannot have any scheduling restrictions. Can meet at the shop and ride to sites. Shop is located about 25 minutes northeast of Green Bay.
Pay Range: $21-$28/hour for laborers and $25-40 for plasterers DOE.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Plastering Laborers
must have a minimum of 6 months construction experience
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to be on time and every day and work a full-time schedule
Must be able to read tape measure
Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day
Have/own basic hand tools to keep on person at all times
Experience with power tools Ability to keep & maintain a clean job site
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
