Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Superintendent for direct-hire placement!

Well-established award-winning national General Contractor, licensed in 30 states. Our client has been in operations over 50 years. Specializes in the execution of highly detailed interior finishes, national high-end restaurant roll-outs, fast-paced commercial build-outs, mid-size ground-up construction and complex hospitality renovations. They currently are looking for a Construction Superintendent.  

Duties: 
-Subcontractor coordination
-Will work with PM and/or Project Executive on creating construction schedules
-Prepare 2-week look ahead schedules
-Responsible of all reports (Daily Logs, Safety Meetings, schedule updates, progress reports, Power Point presentations, etc.)
-Watch and maintain project budgets
-Obtaining permits, Quality control, Inspections, Safety meetings, Final inspections, and close outs

Salary:  $115,000-$130,000 (plus OT), full benefit package, 401K and PTO.  Apply now!

Qualifications: 
-5+ years of commercial construction ON-SITE management experience
-MUST have GC experience managing multiple subcontractors.
-Managing high-end finishes in the restaurant, commercial/hospitality industry is highly preferred
-Must have a mix of ground-up and remodeling build experience
-Strong ties and working knowledge of the south FL market is a BIG PLUS
-OSHA 10 or 30 highly preferred
