Trillium has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative in Louisville!

If so, this Direct-Hire opening for an Outside Sales Representative could be just what you are seeking. This role is responsible for developing new business in a 30 mile radius around Louisville, including parts of Southern Indiana.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Sales Manager (remotely)
- Meet and exceed your Branch/Sales Manager’s expectations
- Travel requirements depend on the effectiveness of prospecting

Compensation:
- $55,000 annual base salary + commission. 
- Commission averages $14,000 the first year
- Guaranteed commission of $1,200/mo for the first 3-6 months
- Annual bonus opportunity of $2,000

Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience required
- Any experience with industrial capital equipment is a plus
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
