Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in Kansas!

If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a “Hunter Mentality”! This role is responsible for developing new business in Kansas with the territory including 75% of the state.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Branch Manager (remotely)
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
- Travel requirements depend on the effectiveness of prospecting
Compensation:
- $55,000 - 60,000 annual base salary + commission
- Commission averages $30,000+ the first year
- First six months only: Guaranteed commission of $1,250 per month
- Annual bonus potential: $14,000+

Qualifications:
- Industrial capital equipment sales experience
- Experience with prospecting and building new business
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
