Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in San Diego!

This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a “Hunter Mentality”! This role is responsible for developing new business in and around the San Diego area.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Branch Manager (remotely)
- Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations
- Travel requirements depend on the effectiveness of prospecting
Compensation:
- $60,000 - 65,000 annual base salary + commission
- Commission averages $40,000 the first year
- First six months only: Guaranteed commission of $20,000
- Bonus opportunities averaging $3,000 - 7,500 annually

Qualifications:
- Industrial capital equipment sales experience
- Experience with prospecting and building new business
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
