As a Sales Representative for Trillium, you will be responsible for achieving the financial goals of the branch office(s) by making sales calls to targeted, prospective clients to bring in new business and expand the current client base.

You will achieve your sales goals by:
•    Making daily sales and service calls to prospective clients within assigned territories.
•    Negotiating service agreements.
•    Developing effective marketing strategies.
•    Maintaining contact with recruiters to discuss availability of employees.

As a Trillium employee, you can expect to:
•    Earn a base salary plus uncapped commission. Total compensation for first year Sales Representatives averages between $55,000 - $75,000.

•    Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related course of study preferred.
•    Previous staffing experience or B2B sales experience in a service industry.
•    Must hold valid driver’s license with good MVR and maintain insurance as position will require travel during business hours to customers in the market. 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. 
•    Strong written and oral communication skills.
