Trillium Staffing has immediate openings for Accounting Clerks to work with a local healthcare company. Accounting Clerks will perform a variety of duties to help support the accounting department.

Responsibilities will include:
-Checking bank accounts online daily.
-Updating activity in Excel checkbooks.
-Depositing checks through a check scanner.
-Updating cash posting spreadsheets.
-Entering positive pay in bank websites.
-Creating and posting journal entries.
-Other duties as assigned.
 
This is a first shift position, 8am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Pay will range from $18-$24/hour based on qualifications and experience. This position is full time and temp-to-hire. Full benefits and PTO are offered upon company hire.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required with some college courses preferred.
-Experience with accounting and/or bookkeeping required.
-MS Office knowledge with high level Excel experience.
