Trillium Staffing is looking for General Laborers and Production Workers in Wilmington!

1st and 3rd shift 7am-7pm/$16.00 7pm-7am/$17.60 The General Laborers and Production workers will be working a schedule of 3 on - 2 off - 2 on - 3 off –7pm – 7am and will be working every other weekend. You get a 3-day weekend every other week!

General Laborers will be removing finished products off the line and packing them. Production workers will need to know how to read a tape measure and do basic Quality Checks of the product. You will assist the department in producing a quality product based upon product specifications; complete production operator reports and paying attention to detail. Monitor, complete and document quality checks to assure quality of the products (color, surface, size, etc.) meets product standards prior to packaging, as required.
