Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now hiring a local Project Manager for a Construction company in Glenwood MD area.

This is a full time/direct role with benefits and pay up to $100k+/ (DOE). As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include:
-Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
-Coordinating with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
-Implementing innovative construction methodologies and leveraging technology to optimize project efficiency and quality.
-Providing leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
-Cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
-Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with Pre-Engineered steel buildings.
-Fluent in English and Spanish.
-Willingness to travel to job sites across the United States.
-Significant experience in Pre-Engineered steel buildings construction.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Work in our offices in Glenwood Maryland
