Civil Foreman

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Civil Foreman/Superintendent for work in the Quad Cities area!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman or Superintendent to join our team. The Civil Foreman will oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction methods, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
-Project Management: Supervise and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities
-Site Management: Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
-Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and facilitate effective communication channels.
-Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, safety inspections, and material deliveries

Requirements:
-Experience: Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
-Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage teams effectively.
-Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders
