Machine Operator

Machine Operators needed in Green Bay, WI! 1st and 2nd shift!

The Machine Operator will be responsible for preparing raw materials for upcoming work orders, setting the equipment to specification for each job, reading and interpreting work orders and blueprints (when necessary), equipment adjustments as needed, and finishing prep for completed jobs. The position will be based in an industrial machining environment.

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with potential for immediate direct hire based on experience level. The standard 1st shift schedule is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm and the 2nd shift schedule is Monday-Thursday 2:30pm - 12:30am. Wages range from $18-20/hr. based on experience level.

Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Metal fabrication shop experience a huge plus.
- Machine Operator experience required
 -Manual lathe experience a huge plus
- Strong industrial math skills
