Assistant Buyer

Awesome Direct Hire opportunity for an Assistant Buyer for this 40+ year old family-owned home decor and gift wholesale company in Groveport!

The Assistant Buyer will support the purchasing team with entering and tracking purchase orders, managing inventory, data entry to include updating prices, entering new products and similar duties. The Assistant Buyer will interact with customers, vendors, internal team members such as sales and distribution personnel. 

Salary range will be $19-24/hr depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, the Purchasing Assistant will have:
-Any purchasing/buying/vendor support experience is preferred
-Strong administrative skills and verbal/written communication
-Proven Excel experience
-Marketing and sales knowledge is a plus
