Awesome Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager for this 40+ yr old family owned consumer goods distribution and wholesale company in Columbus!

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for both strategic and operational aspects of HR including performing duties such as: entering payroll, developing talent strategy, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits management, compliance and mores. This is a true Generalist role!

Pay range will be $65,000-$78,000 depending on experience. Great privately owned company culture, this Direct Hire Human Resources Manager role will not be open long, apply today!

To be successful in this role, the Human Resources Manager will have:
-2+ yrs experience in HR Generalist role managing the complete HR function
-Experience with payroll system such as Paylocity, ADP, Paychex or similar
