Welder

Trillium Construction is seeking Welders for a temp-to-hire position at a Heavy Industrial Structural Steel Fab Shop in Chattanooga, TN. 

Candidates will be tasked with reading blueprints and must have a general understanding of weld symbols. Candidates must be able to read a tape measure and weld (Flux core, Spray, and Short Circuit). Candidates will be receiving already fit material and tasked with welding them to completion. They must be willing to learn and have a good attitude. Long hours are required and will be mandated, so the candidate should expect to work at least 55 hours per week.

Pay is approximately $20-$22/hr depending on experience. Schedule is Monday-Friday with optional Saturdays, 6am start time, working anywhere from 50-70 hours per week depending on work load.

-Must be able to pass a welding test on all three processes (Flux, Spray, Short Circuit).
-Must be able to pass preemployment screenings
-Must be able to generally understand weld symbols
