Trillium Staffing has an opening for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for our client in Battle Creek, Michigan.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and maintain selling relationships at key customers and target accounts.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with Outside Sales and Management to keep account activities and information up to date
• Be open-minded in learning and working with sales /production system
• Respond to sales calls, faxes, and e-mails
• Generate and follow up on quotes for all products
• Provide technical assistance to customers
• Process sales orders
• Enter return orders, credits, and debits when required
• Review product inventory and report concerns to purchasing/ management
• Satisfy customer service issues
• Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
• Assist in quality related duties where required

Hours: 8am to 5pm. Pay is $20+ per hour DOE.

• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good interpersonal/people skills communication skills are essential
• Candidates must be flexible and self-motivated, and they must have critical thinking skills
• Associates degree preferred 
• 5+ years of experience required
