Assistant Superintendent

Our client is a well established general contactor.   They are currently in need of an Assistant Superintendent to help oversee a multi-family build.   This is a contract position that will last approximately 3 months.  

Duties: 
-Over see daily punch list
-Inspect units for any building errors
-Note any errors so that they can be added to the punch list
-Pay is based on experience- $25-$35 per hour.  No per diem is offered.

Qualifications: 
-3+ Years as a working foreman or Assistant Superintendent
-5+ years  working in Commercial  or multifamily construction
-Familiar with making and working a punch list
