Now hiring Laborer Foreman in Kansas City, KS!

Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Foreman for a full-time opportunity in Kansas City! Our client, a leading General Contractor, is looking to add to their team! The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of construction projects that can vary in scope and size. All work will be in the Kansas City area. The pay rate is $30 - $35 per hour depending on experience. This position comes with full benefits including health insurance, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, and more!

Duties:
-Responsible for laborer activities with an emphasis on labor productivity, quality and timely installations, and teamwork.
-Manage crew of 5 or 10 laborers
-Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees
-Complete all project documentation to support work completion -Responsible for jobsite safety

Qualifications
-At least 4 years of industrial/commercial experience
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to operate equipment is a plus
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
