Trillium Staffing is seeking Welders in Bay City, Michigan!
Looking for 1st and 2nd Shift Welders. Pay is based on experience, starting at $16/hr. Welders must be able to fabricate varieties of sheet metal products using blueprints, instructions within the company’s guidelines.
Job Functions:
-Must operate welding equipment and work with carbon steel and stainless-steel aluminum in an assortment of thickness in both vertical and horizontal positioning
-Must also be skilled in both wire and TIG welding and understand what is expected as a finish product
-Well versed in finish grinding on sheet metal and be able to use hand grinders, pay attention to detail on finished corners and repair improperly welded pieces and fill holes.
