Estimator

Trillium Construction is hiring for an Estimator to work alongside the estimating team to put together bids for structural steel fabrication and erection used in commercial buildings. 

Duties:
-Gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
-Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
-Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.)
-Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons

Pay is between $80,000 - $110,000 a year. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 100% company-paid premium, Employee Stock Option Plan and 401k.

Qualifications:
-Degree in Construction Management, Drafting, or Engineering; or 1-5 years of related experience within the construction industry
-Knowledge with: Excel, Revit, AutoCAD are beneficial, but not required
-Must be computer/tech savvy
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
