Construction Project Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Commercial Project Manager.  

They are a well established General Contractor who specializes in large retail remodels and ground up construction. This is a direct hire role.  

Duties: 
· Determines people, tools, equipment, materials needed for each project.
· Assists with Pre-Construction prepare, review, and monitor information and reports
· Manage construction schedule and organization the start of each project.
· Assists with creating and managing project budgets.
· Assist in preparing bid packages and subcontract scopes of work
· Establishes relationships needed with suppliers and other key people
· Communicates with all suppliers and subcontractors to be certain they understand performance standards and schedule of project
· Attend all mandatory periodic planning, progress, and close out meetings

Bonus package, car allowance, generous PTO and paid medical plan available. Salary is based on experience, annual salary is $80k/year.

Qualifications: 
· BS in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or related field
· 4 to 6 years of experience in a leadership position on commercial projects
· Project experience with a min of $1-10 Million or more required.
· A minimum of 7 years in the construction industry.
· Ability to manage multiple activities/projects
· Demonstrate proficiency using personal computer Microsoft products.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills.
