Construction Laborer

Now hiring Construction Laborers & Helpers needed for full-time positions in the Kansas City area!

Trillium Construction is immediately hiring full-time Construction Laborers & Helpers.

Laborers will perform tasks including but not limited to site cleanup, digging, demolition, material moving, bracing installation, and other tasks with basic hand tools. Ideal candidates will have a willingness to learn the trades, be reliable, have customer service skills, and are seeking a long-term position with an industry leading contractor. Additional details will be provided during the initial phone screening.

Work schedule is Mon – Sat 10 hour shifts. Pay is $24 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. Per diem is not currently offered. Medical insurances, 401k, paid time off, holiday pay, and additional employee benefits are available.

- 4+ years of construction experience or similar
- Basic hand tools preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be physically able to perform job duties to include lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass any pre-employment screenings
