Motor Rewind Technician

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Motor Rewind Technician for direct-hire!

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7a-4p. Pay rate is $25/hr. Depending on experience.

As a Motor Rewind Technician you are responsible for: 
-Testing and windings according to EASA AR100
-Inspect and identify damage and evidence of electrical malfunctions of motors
-Dismantle unserviceable electromechanical equipment
-Prepare all reusable parts for rewinding and inspect renewed parts for hidden damage, structural damage or unusual condition. 
-Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment 
-Operate winding machines, test panels, surge testers, cut-off saws, burnout ovens, grinders, cranes, forklift trucks, brazing units, dip tanks, bake ovens, and various handheld tools.

Requirements: 
-Minimum HS Diploma
-3 years experience in rewinding AC & DC electric motor windings, random & form coils
