Traveling Superintendent

One of the nation’s leading Multi-Family GC’s in Southeast US.. working primarily in FL, GA, SC, NC, AL, TN, is now hiring Traveling Superintendents.

This will be a direct hire opportunity with M/V/D, 401K, ESOP, PTO and Holiday pay. $1,000 weekly per diem, $400/monthly vehicle allowance, fly home once a month expenses covered.

Base salary: $135K-$160K (based on over all experience)

Duties:

Will be in charge of the entire project from start to finish
Responsible for administering contracts, production, quality and safety
Preparing 2-3 week look ahead schedules
Subcontractor coordination control scopes of work
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports to the PM

Qualifications:

MUST have 5+ years of ground-up wood frame multi-family/multi-story build exp
Completed at least 2 new builds from start to final completion within in the past 5 years
Garden style and mixed-use build experience is a plus

General Contracting experience
Knowledge of all subs and all phases of construction
OSHA 30
Knowledge of Procore very beneficial or other similar software
