Business Development/Project Manager

Now hiring a Business Development / Project Manager for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking a Business Development / Project Manager for direct-hire placement!

The Manager is needed for servicing Milwaukee and Chicago, all remote work. Pay $80-120k per year. Well established company that manufactures, supplies, installs, integrates, and services critical process equipment for a broad set of industrial markets.

Job Duties:
• Write proposals and scopes of work for projects
• Grow Business in Midwest (Manage and grow book of business)
• Meet with customers
• Estimates and Bids
• Help manage the financials of project
• Over see project from beginning to closeout

Apply now!• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Sales experience/existing book of business
• Experience with estimating software a plus
• Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• 5 years experience in heavy industrial, cranes, wood product& chemical or piping
