Industrial Millwright Project Manager

Now hiring a Project Manager for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager for direct-hire placement!

Annual salary is $100-140k. Our client is a well established company that manufactures, supplies, installs, integrates, and services critical process equipment for a broad set of industrial markets

Job Duties:
• Oversee day to day operations
• Write proposals and scopes of work for projects
• Manage PM’s , Superintendents and subcontractors
• Ability to identify and sell work
• Oversee safety program
• Business Development sales
• Meet with customers
• Estimates and Bids
• Manage the financials of project
• Over see project from beginning to close out

• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with estimating software a plus
• Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• 5 years experience in heavy industrial, wood product& chemical or piping
• 5 years experience in business development sale and management
• Willing to travel to sites (usually within 150 miles)
