Mechanical Project Manager

Now hiring a Project Manager in Albuquerque!Trillium Construction is now hiring in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our client is a mechanical contractor for fabrication, construction, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems.

They are now looking to bring on a Project Manager for direct hire. Salary is between $90k and $120k depending on experience. Benefits include M/V/D that is covered 100% by company for both employee and dependents. PTO, 9 Paid Holidays, 401k with company matching, and a company vehicle and gas card.

Duties:
•Direct, review, create change orders, RFI’s, requests for clarification, seek approval on project design changes.
•Lead an inter-departmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and accuracy and efficiency.
•Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
•Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

•Willingness and ability to work with several different personalities.
•Ability to understand and effectively manage project schedule.
•10+ years’ experience in the trade (highly preferred, not an absolute must) and 2 years’ experience as a project manager.
•Proficient in Microsoft office suite
