Construction Superintendent

Now hiring a Construction Superintendent for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Superintendent for direct-hire in Dayton, OH!

Our client is a well established national GC that’s been operating for over 80 years with multiple offices in Ohio, Indianapolis and Raleigh, NC. Specialties include new ground-up builds to T/I construction for education, healthcare, industrial manufacturing facilities and water treatment facilities.

This is a Direct hire opportunity with full benefits, 401K, PTO and holiday pay. Sr. level preferred, but open to mid-level candidates. Base Salary: up to $130K (depending on level of experience). Must be able to relocate to the Dayton area. Company vehicle and relocation assistance provided to those who qualify.

Duties:
-Manages all field operations.
-Manages and creates 3- week look ahead schedules.
-Coordinates labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications
-Plans the work to ensure that each crew member under their supervision has all the materials, tools and equipment to complete the work
-Provide daily progress reports

-MUST have a General Construction background:
—Should be strong in areas of self-perform work including carpentry, concrete, sitework, mechanical systems, process equipment, process piping, and surveying.
-MUST have completed 2+ Wastewater Treatment builds with the past 5 yrs.
-Need OSHA 30
-Must be tech savvy: familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, AutoCAD, Primavera/Oracle, Sage Timberline, Viewpoint and the use of a tablet and smart phone preferred
