Now hiring a Senior Architect for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking a Senior Architect for direct-hire placement out of Madison/Milwaukee, WI!

Schedule is $75-150k per year. Our client is a well established Design Build GC that provides a full service team of architecture, engineering and construction professionals. Projects include commercial retail, multifamily and sr. living.

Job Duties:
· Providing leadership and coordination with project team members from project inception through
completion.
· Leading the development of construction documents.
· Collaborating with engineering and construction professionals to deliver our clients’ visions for their
projects on schedule and within budget.
· Leading client presentations and meetings.

Apply now!· Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university (Master’s degree preferred)
· AIA licensure in Wisconsin (NCARB accreditation preferred).
· Ten years of commercial design and production experience with conceptual, schematic and construction documents, and construction administration.
· Experience leading high performance project teams.
· Demonstrated software proficiency in Revit and Enscape (proficiency in Bluebeam and MasterSpec is a plus).
· Proficiency in Procore (preferred).
· Enthusiasm for the design/build approach including collaboration with engineering and construction professionals.
· Effective working individually and within team environments.
· Strong time management, leadership, organizational and priority setting skills.
· High initiative and passion for continuous learning.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
