Now hiring a Site Superintendent for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking a Site Superintendent for direct-hire placement in Sioux Falls!

Annual salary is $80-100k. Our client is an experienced design-build and general contractor focusing on commercial construction and remodels.

Job Duties:
• Coordinate and supervise all onsite project construction
• Coordinate weekly subcontractor meetings
• Regularly interact with and maintain good working relationship with owner, project manager, subcontractors, architects, material suppliers, and other employees.
• Supervise and direct all subcontractors and material suppliers to achieve project completion on schedule and within budget
• RFI’s Daily logs and photos.
• Order equipment and materials needed for project
• Complete punch lists
•
