Property Service Manager

Now hiring a Property Service Manager in Hendersonville!Trillium Construction is seeking a Commercial Property Service Manager in the Middle Tennessee area.

Service managers must be willing to operate independently and travel around the middle Tennessee area maintaining commercial properties for a long term/permanent position.

Commercial property managers will be expected to complete the following tasks: Meeting vendors and providing access to buildings, pressure washing, roof inspections for standing water/leaks, trash pickup around properties, tracking mileage and expenses, some painting over walls, ceilings, floors from time to time, and Troubleshooting misc. Electrical/Plumbing/Roof/HVAC/Elevators/etc., depending on experience.

Pay is $30-$35/hour and 20+ hours per week. Travel/Mileage will be reimbursed due to needing to drive personal vehicle. No set schedule.
