Manufacturing Associate
Now hiring Production Workers in Lewis Center!Production Associates needed for innovative, growing, world leading manufacturer!
Associates who are part of the Manufacturing Process will prepare a variety of parts to be processed by cleaning, taping, painting, adding fixtures, trimming, and using ovens to heat treat. The parts are sensitive in nature with some requiring gloves and special treatment.
Essential Functions and Requirements:
• Good manual dexterity
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Willingness to work around chemicals using appropriate safety equipment
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace
• Ability to take initiative, demonstrate internal drive for results, and maintain a customer focus
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to prioritize and determine the appropriate order of tasks according to relative importance
• Ability to comprehend and successfully follow documented procedures
• Ability to look though a microscope
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for up to 3 months
1st shift: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri, $15/hr
2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri, $18/hr (train on 1st shift)
3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am Sun-Thurs, $18/hr (train on 1st shift)
