AV Technician

Now hiring Audio Visual Technician in Glendale!  

Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Audio-Visual Technicians for projects in Glendale. 

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Audio-Visual Technician in the Glendale area. A successful candidate will be responsible for professionally installing, setting up, and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment for various clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.  

Responsibilities:  
-Install, configure, and operate audiovisual equipment, including sound systems, projectors, screens, and video conferencing systems.
-Perform equipment setups, including wiring, cabling, and connections, ensuring optimal audio and video quality.
-Collaborate with other trades and clients to determine audiovisual requirements and provide technical support.
-Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems to ensure seamless operation.
-Maintain inventory of audiovisual equipment and accessories, ensuring proper storage and organization.
-Stay updated on the latest audiovisual technologies, trends, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.  

Position is full-time, 40 hours a week. Pay is up to $40 hr. DOE.

Qualifications  
-1 year of verifiable audio-visual work experience  
-Possess a basic understanding of electrical systems  
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings  
-High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or a degree in audiovisual technology or a related field is a plus.
-Proven experience as an Audio-Visual Technician, preferably in a corporate setting.
-Proficiency in operating audiovisual equipment, such as sound systems, projectors, and video conferencing systems.
-Solid understanding of audiovisual signal flow, cabling, and connectivity.
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
