Our Mission: Trillium Construction vows to lead, promote, educate and inspire our employees by providing a safe workplace,
to reduce injuries so that our employees can return home safely.
In case of a work-related Trillium employee injury:
- If an employee is injured, our primary concern is getting him/her the medical care they need.
We use Corvel 24/7 for initial injury reporting. New hires should be given the 24/7 wallet card that
has the toll free number to Corvel (855-636-1680). The Corvel nurse will either give self-care instructions or
direct them to the closest appropriate medical facility.
- Once the employee has called Corvel 24/7, they also need to contact the branch. If they are within driving distance,
have them drop off any paperwork from the clinic and have them complete an Employee Incident Statement.
If they are not within driving distance this information can be faxed or emailed.

Our 3 Year Injury Ratio (IR) Scores:

Employee safety is our top priority. At Trillium, we employ a full-time team of Safety Managers specialized in the
construction and heavy industrial environments in identifying workplace hazards, conducting safety trainings, providing
toolbox talks and helping our recruiters to identify the safest and most experienced talent in each trade. Our Risk Management
team also provides proactive safety communications to employees and oversees our safety committees which have dramatically
increased safety awareness. Since inception of our safety committee, our injury ratio has been cut in half.
