Trillium Construction is now seeking a Sales / Project Manager for direct-hire in the Sun Prairie / Madison area!

Annual salary is $80-120k plus commission and a full benefit package. Our client is a well established company that specializes in ground up, design builds of pre-engineered metal, wood panels for commercial and Industrial builds.

Job Duties:
• Sell company construction services
• Create a book of business in the industry
• Select and manage subcontractors
• Write up and review bid proposals and estimates
• Handle process change orders
• Mange entire project to closeout

Qualifications

• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
• Read blueprints
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sale and/Construction industry
• Valid DL
