Job Description

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Process Technician to add to our client’s growing team!

The Process Technician will be responsible for completing machine changeovers and setups for new production runs, making all necessary machine adjustments, troubleshooting machine issues, completing quality checks and first piece inspections, and ensuring each assigned machine is running to maximum performance. We are looking for a candidate who is going to take ownership of their work and perform to high quality standards.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in the area!  Our client has an opening for 2nd shift and 3rd shift.
Wages range based on experience level, $24-27+ per hour plus shift premium!

The standard shift hours are as follows:
2nd shift hours are Monday - Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm and 3rd shift hours are Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:00am.

Qualifications

* 2-3+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Previous machine operator experience a plus.
* Strong mechanical aptitude, required.
* Strong machine setup and troubleshooting skills.
* General machine maintenance background a strong plus, not required.
